Where do I send my rent?

You have two options:

1. Sign in to the Resident Sign-in on this website and pay through the portal.  If you need sign-in information please contact management.

2. Send your rent check, made out to 509 Real Estate Services, 5500 Cottonwood Lane SE, Suite 112, Prior Lake, MN 55372

What if I have a maintenance request?

Please email us if it isn't urgent.  For emergency repairs please call Jerry @ 612-414-6602. 

How do I get my Rental Credit Form?

These will be mailed out by management after the 1st of the year.  Please make sure management has your most up-to-date address.
